Janet Anderson

Biography

As the Northwest Clinical Campus Librarian, Janet Anderson focuses on information literacy, evidence-based practice, and academic support in the health sciences. She has experience managing library resources, promoting access to information, and collaborating with faculty. Janet's professional goals include developing instructional materials and supporting research initiatives.

Janet Anderson came to the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences in 2023 after a long career in public libraries, most recently as the Library Director for the Minot Public Library. As a graduate of Indiana University's Masters in Library Sciences program Janet worked in the undergraduate academic library and the Kinsey Institute at IU. Janet received her Bachelor's Degree in English from Minot State University.
